The first time I saw them words I think I cried.
I can’t do that, I can’t, I sighed.
Yet how so much I tried;
Till my brain was all but fried.
Flat pack just aint for me.
These 38 words form my entry into the Trifextra 100 challenge. The Trifecta editors asked us to add 33 of our own to their starting five. I hope you enjoy what I came up with.
Ha.. here’s a Swedish flatpack coming right at you..
I never understood self-assembly.. you stare at them for hours yet they never assemble themselves.
I’ve been there a few times. Flat pack ain’t for me either.
🙂 I’m with you on that one!
Boy I have been there and back! LOL Nice take on the prompt! ♥
I’ve felt this frustration! If there’s a picture on the box, that helps…and then I drop the extra parts into our spare drawer (and hope whatever I put together didn’t really need them 🙂 )
Hahaha Ten years in, and I still check the screws on the bunk beds almost nightly. But I’m fairly certain I could nail that bat.
Oh, come on now! If you place your faith in that most brilliantly design tool, the Allen Key, all will be well. I love IKEA! I’d love to go shopping there now, if I could. Thanks for planting a seed, Paul. Lol! I enjoyed your post quite a bit. Thanks for the smile. 🙂
I’ve been there! 😀
Loved this little rhyme. Nice work.
I echo the words of others, “I’ve been there!”
A great take on the prompt – made me smile.
Thanks, Mike.
Next time play helpless and get a nice handyperson to display their skills… it works!
Ha! Very clever, Paul. I love IKEA, though. I think I could live there.
Cheers, Ivy. As it happens I live with the Flat Pack Assembly Queen – our house is full of the stuff 🙂
hehehehehehe
I love IKEA 🙂
And yet you did it! Haha. Good one.
Cheers!
I enjoy the challenge haha Great work.
Thanks, Draug.
Ha, I hear that!
